I'm a Serv-Safe Certified Chef who was employed for years at an
award winning hospital as a Food & Nutrition Director, giving me a
good background in specialty diets and techniques for the
application of Healthy Cuisines. I'm also a graduate of the Culinary
Institute of America.
Experience with several upscale caterers over the years has given me
a background of knowledge in home and off premise catering. As the
Executive Chef for the #1 caterer in Connecticut I had the pleasure
of going into many homes and estates to do beautiful dinner parties,
elegant weddings and upscale events of all sizes and types.
A
diversified background and a drive to always exceed the customers
expectations has led me to start my own personal chef business. With
years as a professional chef I am well versed in food, nutrition and
people skills. Having operated successful high end corporate dining
facilities, I'm confident that I can be a benefit to families who
desire to put fresh quality nutritious meals on their dinner tables.
My
philosophy about food is cradled somewhere between the earth, the
table and everything in between.
